30th MAY 2019

As the Love Wolverton design programme moves forward towards a planning application this summer, there are some exciting events and opportunities to find out more about our proposals coming up.

Public Review 13th-15th June

Love Wolverton’s emerging plans for regeneration of the Agora site will be exhibited for public review at King’s Church, Church Street, Wolverton, from Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th June, at the following times:

  • Thursday 13th – 16.00–20.00
  • Friday 14th – 11.00–19.00
  • Saturday 15th – 10.00–15.00

TOWN staff and members of the professional team will be on hand to discuss the plans and answer questions. This is your chance to influence the design before it is submitted for planning – come along, see what we’re planning and have your say!

You might have noticed a splash of colour being applied to the Agora building and hoarding in re-cent days… This work of art is the first of many activities planned over the summer to animate the Agora site pending redevelopment, mark the passing of the building and look to the future. The Ag-ora-A-Go-Go programme is being coordinated by local storytellers A Word In Edgeways – find out more and get involved here.
