TOWN has been appointed by Angel Yard Cohousing as Development Manager for the first cohousing project in Norfolk.

TOWN has been working with the cohousing group from 2018 and has now been formally appointed alongside a full design team to develop plans for a site in Norwich Over the Water.

Following a collaborative interview process, the cohousing group have chosen to appoint Archio as their architects. Archio has vast experience of high-quality housing, and specifically community-led housing across the UK.

The cohousing group was formed in 2015 and set up a community interest company, Sussex
Street Cohousing CIC, to buy the site on Sussex Street. TOWN will work to the cohousing group’s brief to deliver sustainable, community-focussed housing and shared space and amenities for their members. A planning application is due to be submitted this spring.
