Milton Keynes Council completed their purchase of the Agora Centre and with the support of TOWN have awarded the demolition contract to Goody Demolition.

The demolition is expected to start in February. This is a major step in realising the Love Wolverton scheme that was granted planning permission last year. TOWN are working in partnership with Milton Keynes Council to progress the scheme through detailed design so that once demolition is completed this summer, the construction of the new development can start on-site later in the year.
