As we start the new year, TOWN is pleased to announce the following internal promotions. These reflect the depth of skill and experience that our team bring across our projects, their demonstrable ability and enthusiasm for delivering purposeful development.

Guy Rochez has been promoted to Associate Director. This will build on Guy’s previous cross-business roles and considerable development experience, ensuring effective management of TOWN’s projects and supporting our team to achieve best outcomes.

James Cox has been promoted to Senior Development Manager. James continues to demonstrate his aptitude for managing significant and complex developments, particularly in his leading role on our Hartree project. James’ role is evolving to include driving forward our new sites strategy.

Kate Percival has been promoted to Development Manager. This reflects Kate’s leadership of our work in Sunniside, and ability to facilitate participation of complex stakeholders in addressing challenging socio-economic contexts.

Richard Pender’s role in providing oversight to delivery of our projects has been recognised by a title change to Development Manager and Delivery Lead. Richard drives construction innovation on all TOWN projects, seeking to deploy better processes and ways of working in order to realise more sustainable and cost effective outcomes.
