TOWN’s Associate Director Guy Rochez has joined Brent’s Quality Review Panel.

The panel, run by Frame Projects, provides independent expert design review to schemes coming forward for planning permission in Brent.

Brent is a diverse and culturally rich outer-London borough which continues to undergo significant development and regeneration. With this, Brent Council is adopting a design-led approach to address the increasing challenges posed by climate change, the housing crisis and need for strategic infrastructure. The Quality Review Panel will assist councillors and officers in considering new proposals from the early outset of discussions through to planning determination.

In joining the Brent panel, Guy brings his experience of and interest in placemaking and regeneration in outer-London from his previous roles at Croydon Council.
