TOWN has been appointed as the Development Management team for a project in Moulsecoomb, Brighton.

Cathedral Group has acquired Moulsecoomb Place, a site adjacent to Brighton University’s main campus and Moulsecoomb Railway Station. The site comprises the Grade II Listed Manor House and Tithe Barn and some neighbouring student blocks, from the University of Brighton.

Working closely with Brighton & Hove City Council and the University of Brighton, Cathedral is exploring options to restore the Grade II listed buildings and gardens and provide new, modern Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).

TOWN will lead the planning and design process, managing the coordination of the planning application and leading the design, engagement and meanwhile workstreams.
