TOWN is delighted to close the year with successfully securing planning permission for our Still Green older-persons cohousing project in Wolverton!

The 29-home scheme, proposed as part of our Love Wolverton development, has been carefully co-designed by TOWN and Mole Architects in collaboration with the Still Green group to reflect their needs.

The community is centred around a communal garden and has a shared Common House with guest bedrooms and a dining room. The scheme also includes a community space that will be let to Future Wolverton for use by local young people.
